Change can OR post HSD style has a hydraulic lift mechanism to allow the mixing vessel to be easily changed to allow for production to be continuous.


These days with modern technology advancing with the likes of variable frequency drives, moving mechanical parts have been considerably reduced, thus reducing maintenance & mechanical failure. In fact, the only real maintenance with these machines is regular greasing of the bearings. Although Variable Frequency drives now have constant torque capability, it does not allow for the sometimes increased torque required at the lower end of the RPM spectrum & in light of this it is normally required to increase the input power to accommodate this issue.
